Susan Fu is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Performance Therapy at Providence St. John’s Health Center and specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Southern California with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and then achieved her board certification in Orthopedics in 2009. She remains active in athletic training as a volunteer PT/ATC in the AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) tournaments. She also enjoys being a mentor for the USC Sports Physical Therapy Resident from the University of Southern California.
During her time at USC, she completed a clinical rotation at the City of Hope, in Duarte in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Susan’s treatment philosophy is in corrective movement patterns for oncology patients at various stages of their cancer treatment. A specialized treatment program can help the individual decrease fatigue and steadily restore strength and quality of life.
